If truth has been faithfully communicated, why doesn't everyone who hears it respond in the same way?

In no other religious writing in the entire world do we find any specific prophecies like we find in Scripture.

Psalm 19 does not treat the existence of a Creator as the conclusion of an argument still to be built. It treats the Creator as the given.
