J.R. is a Christian lay-teacher, author and former owner of The Greater Heritage, a Christian publishing company that was in business from 2019 to 2024. In 2025 he founded Every Reason to Believe to help people find freedom in Christ and teach how Christianity provides answers to life’s most difficult and important questions.

He holds an MBA from Rollins College, B.S. in Psychology from The University of Central Florida, Certificate in Christian Apologetics from Biola University, Bible Knowledge Certificate from The Master’s Seminary Institute for Church Leadership and Introduction to Philosophy Certificate from The University of Edinburgh. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards, and is former James Madison Institute Leaders Fellow and University of Central Florida Center for Public and Nonprofit Management Fellow.

Reagan is husband to Kara, daddy to RG and AG, and founding pastor-teacher to Reformation Baptist Church of Dalton, GA.

He contributed to The Jonathan Edwards Encyclopedia (Eerdmans), provided biographical introduction to J.P. Boyce’s A Brief Catechism of Bible Doctrine (Particular Baptist Heritage Books), co-edited in The Works of John Flavel (The Banner of Truth Trust), and writes regularly for The Founders Journal.

He authored What to Do After a Breakup: Responding to Pain and Loss Biblically and Authority and Application: An Introduction to Biblical Counseling (both with The Greater Heritage), Analytical Outlines of the 1689 Second London Baptist Confession, and Analytical Outlines of Particular Baptist Confessions of Faith (available through Monergism.com), and is co-editing The Works of Hercules Collins (forthcoming, H&E).

Juan Ramirez, MS, a former United States Marine who served in Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield during the Persian Gulf War, has spent his life teaching, leading, and serving others. A former educator and leadership consultant with a bachelor’s degree from Florida Bible College and a Master of Science in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Juan now pours his energy into ministry—leading Bible studies, volunteering as a chaplain with Hockey Ministries International, and enjoying life with his wife, Mary, in Fern Park, Florida. He is also the author of Whispers of Hope: A Gentle Reminder of God’s Faithfulness in All Seasons.

Thiago is the City Director for the C. S. Lewis Institute Lake Charles. He has been the pastor of Bethel Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Lake Charles, Louisiana, since August 2022. He earned his Th.M. in Systematic Theology from Calvin Theological Seminary (2016) and completed his doctoral studies at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary (2024). He’s authored several articles and books including “Discipleship in a Post-Christian Age: With a Little Help from C. S. Lewis” and “Discipleship and Spiritual Warfare: From the Screwtape Letters to the Christian Life” (Wipf & Stock, 2025).

Dr. George R. Sledd is Senior Pastor of Jordan Baptist Church in Sanford, Florida, and is Treasurer and Executive Director of Baptist Faith Missions. Dr. Sledd holds a bachelor’s degree from Lexington Baptist College, Master of Divinity from Atlantic Coast Bible College and Seminary and Doctor of Divinity from Master’s International University of Divinity. He and his wife Pam have three children and five grandchildren. He is also the author of Blessed Assurance Jesus Is Mine: The Eternal Hope of Christianity and The Woman’s Head Covering: A Biblical Perspective.

Paul Tambrino

Paul Tambrino, Ed.D., Ph.D. is President Emeritus of the Iowa Valley Community College District, and former Academic Vice President of Warren County Community College. Prior to becoming an academic administrator he taught accounting and more recently theology at several colleges and seminaries, served in the U.S. Army Reserve, writes a weekly newspaper column, and has written several journal articles and the books, Ask Augustine and Mariology: Past, Present and Future. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology from Trinity Seminary, and a Doctor of Education from Temple University. Paul was awarded the honorary rank of a three star general at the US Air War College, Air War University-class of 1997 and he is a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary International. Today, he enjoys spending time with his family, rooting for the Yankees and spreading God’s Word.
